Wait times may vary and are typically a few weeks to a month or two, depending on availability and the type of support requested.To join the waitlist, please proceed as if you are booking an appointment. You will be prompted to enter your information and provide a brief description of the support you are seeking. Once submitted, your information will be added to the waitlist.
Individuals on the waitlist will be contacted as space becomes available.

Booking & Managing Appointments (Active Clients)
Wellaura Counselling uses Jane App, a secure online booking system, to manage all appointments.
Booking Appointments
Active clients can book appointments directly through their Jane account.
Log in using the email address or username associated with your client file.
View current availability
Select and confirm your appointment
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is complete.
Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through your Jane account.
Log in to your account
Select Upcoming Appointments
Choose the appointment you wish to change
Follow the prompts to cancel or reschedule
Please note that all changes are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in your consent form, including short-notice cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
