I work with individuals aged 16 and older, including new parents, those dealing with grief or trauma, and individuals seeking a deeper connection with themselves and their relationships. My goal is to help you navigate through difficult emotions.

PERINATAL MENTAL HEALTH

Support through every season: fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or grieving, you are not alone. This is a space to be held and heard.

GRIEF, IDENTITY, AND LIFE TRANSITIONS

Whether you're feeling lost in motherhood, navigating relationship shifts, or reimagining who you are, therapy can offer grounded clarity and support.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

A supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns. Together we’ll work to regulate the nervous system, build self-awareness, and process experiences at your own pace.

TRAUMA THERAPY

Using somatic approaches, IFS, polyvagal theory, and trauma reprocessing tools like Flash Technique and Brainspotting, we work gently with the nervous system to release stuck pain and reconnect to inner safety.

FAMILY, COUPLES & GROUP COUNSELING

Support for the relationships that matter most. These sessions offer a safe space to deepen connection, navigate challenges, and heal together, whether as partners, families, or in community with others.
